The resort lies in the outer reefs of the South Male Atoll and is a comfortable 40 minute speed boat ride from the international airport. There are 3 islands in this resort which are Dhigufinolhu and Veligandu Huraa which are joined by a causeway and Bodu Huraa that is connected by wooden walkways.

The Veligandu Huraa island resort has 20 rooms which comprise of 16 bungalows and 4 junior suites. Each bungalow/suite has double beds, air conditioning, overhead ceiling fan, private bathroom with hair dryer, mini bar, in house safe and telephone.
